I am not responsible for lost or damaged mail!

 I will only offer refunds or replacements if you can provide unboxing proofs. I can not help you if USPS loses your items or situations arise on your living grounds (such as stolen items via neighbor,  etc..) as that is out of my hand. 

This does not apply to the items that are lost by USPS themselves. If this occurs, please understand that the most I may be able to do is open a missing items case & keep in touch to sort matters out.
